How do I buy tickets for your shows?

MARQUEE SHOWS

  • MOBILE orders allow you to print your tickets upon finishing your order or you may pull up your ticket barcode on your mobile device to be scanned night of show.
  • At the time our box office is not able to sell tickets for ticketmaster events.

Quick note on scalpers: We are not obligated in any way to honor tickets that aren’t printed from www.marqueetheatreaz.com or www.luckymanonline.com directly. Tickets purchased from third parties (like Stubhub) are purchased at your own risk and do not guarantee entry. We cannot refund tickets purchased from any other site.

  • Lucky Man Concerts and Marquee Theatre accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
  • Normal online, phone and box office processing fees apply for all sales.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. We only issue a refund when a headlining act cancels or postpones their performance, at which point refunds will be made through respective ticket system automatically. They will notify you right away. We never refund tickets that you did not purchase directly from us. We NEVER issue refunds in person at The Marquee Theatre.

I lost my tickets / forgot my tickets at home. Help!

If you lose or forget your tickets, you can have them re-sent to you by showing your credit card and ID at the Marquee Theatre box office.

What does sold out mean?

It means there are no more tickets available to see the show.

I am in a wheelchair or have a disability? Can you accommodate?

Our staff will always do everything we can to make sure that every patron is comfortable. Our building is ADA compliant. Please email [email protected] for specific information.

Can I smoke inside the venues?

This is a non-smoking facility. The only place you may smoke is outside on the patio.

How old do I have to be to see a show?

In most cases, our shows are All-Ages or 13+ in which case you will not need your ID to get into the show. However, we recommend anyone attending to be responsible and safe. Also, babies/toddlers are not permitted, even at an All-Ages show. Children under the age of 10 must have earmuff ear protection. Some venues might have various age limits. Any patron entering venue must have a ticket (no exceptions).

For more information, please contact the venue of choice.

What are your ID Requirements?

For any age-restricted shows, a physical valid government ID must be presented for entry. Digital and paper IDs WILL NOT be accepted.

For international IDs, we will accept government issued passports. Mexican consular ID cards will also be accepted. We also accept any US issued passport card or permanent resident card.

I am a parent and am extremely concerned about letting my child go to a show there. Make me feel better.

Feel free to email [email protected] and she will review our safety/ security measures to ensure you feel comfortable. We realize only you can decide if going to a concert is appropriate for your child. You can always stop down and take a look around and see the Marquee Theatre for yourself during normal business hours, or even better, share the excitement of going to a concert with your child. We are an All-Ages venue and have very strict wristband policies and strictly enforce the legal drinking age.

For shows at other venues, email [email protected] and she can assist or put you in contact with the venue of choice.

Do you have a bar inside?

Yes! All venues have full bars.

What is your photo policy?

Our policy is that you are allowed to bring in small digital or disposable cameras. However, that may differ from the band’s policy and the band’s policy wins. Almost every band is ok with small digital cameras or point and shoots. Almost no band is ok with professional grade.  We do not allow video cameras, tablets, selfie sticks, or iPads to be brought into the venue.

For camera policies for other venues, please contact the venue of choice.

What is your bag policy? What about a coat check?

The bag policy for The Marquee limits patron bags to one (1) 5″x7″ or smaller purse/clutch/bag. Bags over that size have to be clear. All bags are subject to search prior to entry.

Also, we do not have a coat check but do have lockers for rent.
